Hi all,
Is anyone aware of a good example Call Center
app developed on Notes I can view? I've done
development for more of a contract management
system, but not the Call Center side of
things, and I'm curious if there's a couple of
examples what will show me the
capabilities/possibilities. I did a search
and noticed that people are using Notes for
Call Center stuff. Is it worth this
development instead of going with a
pre-packaged app?
